Production

There are two production halls for processing development orders from the reseach and industrial sectors effectively. The total production area of more than 3,600 m², 200 m² of which reserved for assemblies under clean-room conditions, are equipped with several bridge cranes, milling machines, turning machines, as well as different welding installations for TIG and MAG processes etc..

Those production halls are located in Würzburg within spitting distance to the designing and drafting engineers to ensure efficient feedback on experiences.

Various vacuum chambers and diverse testing equipment are available for high-voltage and helium leak tests.

Our production offers the best conditions for the following performances:

Manufacturing and coiling of normal and superconducting prototype magnets, individual coils and small-scale series
Manufacturing of components for custom machine engineering
Development, manufacturing, and testing of specialized tools
Commissioning and testing of installations and components
