We offer various traineeships for pupils and students.
Taster traineeship for occupational orientation
It is always easy to find a suitable skilled trade that suits your capabilities. We offer taster traineeships to help pupils make the right occupational choice. Such a traineeship offers the option to obtain a better overview of the desired occupation and the company itself and informs the pupils about the various occupational fields.
In addition to this, when applying for training at a later date, pupils will be able to profit from the contacts they have already made.
- Pupils from the secondary school, middle school or grammar school
- A 1-2-week traineeship can be completed in the following occupational fields / areas:
Technical:
- Technical illustrator (m/f/d) mechanical and plant technology in the areas of sales and construction
Commercial:
- Industrial clerk (m/f/d) in the area of accounts
Gaining initial experience in the working world, proving their own capabilities and knowledge, further developing these, recognising potential, gaining key qualifications. Alongside these key terms, a traineeship as a connection between theory and practice always offers a multitude of other possibilities.

Pre-study industrial practical
Do you need several weeks of a pre-study industrial practical for your course of studies?
- You can complete a pre-study industrial practical only in the commercial area
- Target group is students (m/f/d) of economics.
You can train in the following areas:
- Finance and accounting
- Materials management
- Controlling
- Human resources
You cannot carry out a pre-study industrial practical in the technical area at Bilfinger Noell, as we cannot fulfil the requirements of the study directives.
Practical semester
At Bilfinger Noell you can carry out practical semesters in the technical and commercial areas.

Duration of traineeship
You should allow at least 2 months for your traineeship; that way you can obtain a well-founded overview of the respective specialist area and, if necessary, take part in current projects.
